If you are interested in getting involved in the Navigation Lab as an undergraduate student, graduate student, or postdoc, please contact the lab director
Please browse through the descriptions of current lab projects (see "Projects" link on the left) to get a feel for what we do and where your interests might fit in.
I am open to advising students with interests in psychology and/or human-computer interaction.
Undergraduate students (Psych 491):
We are currently looking for new undergraduate research assistants. Research experience is essential for undergraduates considering graduate school. As an
undergraduate research assistant in the Navigation Lab, you will gain experience with data collection and experimental design, and you will also have opportunities to
work with our virtual reality system.
Prerequisites for undergraduate research assistants:
- Psychology 301
- Junior or Senior standing
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Successful completion of a cognitive course (310, 312, 313, 316)

Graduate students:
We are currently accepting applications for graduate students. Please review the Psychology Department's
admissions standards and procedures. If you are interested in applying for graduate school, you are encouraged to contact Dr. Kelly prior to submitting your application.
